Revitalizing Wellness Activities at Sunswept Resorts

Sunswept Resorts, encompassing the St. Lucia properties BodyHoliday and StolenTime, are set to offer a diverse range of wellness activities. These activities are set to encompass a variety of practitioners, healers, dancers, and professional athletes who will lead engaging talks, classes, and dinners. These events are organized as part of themed months that are designed to inspire guests to try out new activities or further develop their existing skills. The best part? All of these events are included in the all-inclusive rate, making it an even more attractive proposition for those looking to rejuvenate their mind, body, and soul.

During the month of May, BodyHoliday will be hosting an array of sailing lessons led by professional sailors. This will include ASA Sailing Certification courses, competitions, excursions, and wellness treatments tailored specifically for sailors. Moving on to June, the focus will shift to wellness inspired by movement during the Jive June event. This month will see a collaboration with dance experts such as British professional dancer Ian Waite and international dance instructor Jennifer Benavidez. As we move into July and August, the resort will turn its attention to family fitness with the WellfitTribes program. Guests aged 12 and over will have the opportunity to take part in activities such as beach boot camps led by visiting Olympians, yoga sessions with international teachers, and courses on first aid CPR, basic sailing, and healthy cooking. Each themed month is carefully curated to provide a unique and enriching experience for all guests.

StolenTime, the sister property of BodyHoliday, will also offer a host of wellness activities throughout the year. From sailing lessons with British champion sailor Sophie Ainsworth to dance classes with professional dancer Stefanie Salyers, guests will have the opportunity to dive into new experiences. During Jive June, guests can participate in up to two dance classes per day, learning a variety of styles such as ballet, jazz, hip hop, and Latin ballroom. Master class dancer Magdalena Michno will also be on hand to lead guests in dance classes throughout June. Additionally, the resort will cater to solo travelers with its Summer Solos program, offering a range of activities designed to foster connections and create memorable experiences.

Guests can also look forward to a series of workshops titled “Get Your Mojo Back with Clio Wood” at the resort from July 12 to 25. Led by the renowned British women’s health and sexual well-being expert, these workshops are aimed at empowering individuals to take charge of their well-being. With rates starting at $847 per person, per night at BodyHoliday and $775 per person, per night at StolenTime, these revitalizing wellness activities are not only enriching but also accessible to a wide range of guests.
