While the accommodations may not have been as opulent as some cruise ships, the true treasure was found in the culinary delights served at Rost, the fine dining restaurant on board. Chef Douglas Spiik’s innovative creations, inspired by local ingredients and international culinary techniques, elevated dining to an art form.
