Until then, the team is dedicated to meeting their goals and maintaining progress.

The strategy of starting with invitation-only bookings aimed to target Four Seasons’ loyal guests who have previously experienced their hotels, resorts, and jet products. Lindstad stated that the initial invitations were well-received, prompting the opening of bookings to the public in March. With a limited inventory of 95 suites across 19 voyages, Four Seasons Yachts is carefully managing availability to meet the high demand. The primary focus has been on loyal guests and their travel partners, showcasing the brand’s commitment to customer relationships.

Recognizing the importance of travel advisors, Four Seasons Yachts has integrated them into their go-to-market plan from the beginning. Lindstad confirmed that advisors have the option to handle bookings on behalf of invited guests, highlighting their significant role in the booking process. The company’s consumer website encourages guests to contact their preferred travel partner for reservations, indicating a collaborative approach to customer service. With nearly 2,000 advisors registered through their portal, Four Seasons Yachts is leveraging these relationships to drive bookings and establish a strong presence in the luxury travel market.

As Four Seasons Yachts prepares to open up more voyages for sale, Lindstad revealed plans for proactive outreach and the development of preferred relationships with travel agencies.
