Smokey Buns is a small restaurant located in East Hampton Village, with a cozy interior that offers 16 seats, along with an additional 25 outdoor seats in a secret garden setting. The concept is brought to life by Tip Top Hospitality, a prominent restaurant group based in the Hamptons. This group has a track record of creating affordable, year-round dining options for all ages, with recent successful ventures like K Pasa, Kizzy T’s, and Kumiso.

The menu at Smokey Buns is designed to cater to a diverse range of preferences. Alongside traditional smashburgers and blackened fishwiches, there are flavorful vegetarian options such as mushroom smashburgers and grilled halloumi wraps. Guests can customize their meals by choosing from an array of patty, topping, and sauce combinations. The menu features classic items like the Classic SmashBurger, Double Smash, Mushroom SmashBurger, and Spicy Chickenwich. Side options include Naked Fries, Cheese Fries, and Loaded ‘The Works’ Fries.

Creative Mixology and Cocktails

In addition to the delectable food offerings, Smokey Buns boasts an extensive beverage menu. The restaurant will serve over 50 types of whiskey, which can be enjoyed straight up or in handcrafted cocktails. Signature cocktails include the Tokyo Twist, Fir-Fashioned, Manhattan, Boulevardier, and the restaurant’s namesake cocktail, Smokey Buns. Non-alcoholic options are also available, ranging from citrus-based drinks to mocktails like the N/A Marg.

Smokey Buns will offer daily specials throughout the week, each featuring unique flavors and ingredients. From The Bourdain on Mondays to The Piggy on Sundays, there will be something new to try every day. The restaurant will be open seven days a week, serving lunch and dinner from 12pm to 10pm on weekdays, and from 12pm to 11pm on weekends.
