Royal Caribbean Group, which encompasses Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea Cruises, is introducing a new Loyal Status Match program. This program allows cruisers with loyalty status on one of the three brands to apply that status level to all brands within the group. This initiative aims to incentivize guests to remain loyal to the Royal Caribbean Group’s family of brands.
Benefits for All
With this new program, guests can seamlessly transition their loyalty status between the different brands. For example, if a guest has earned status on Celebrity or Silversea, they can enjoy the same level of benefits when sailing with their family on Royal Caribbean International. This offers a convenient and consistent experience for guests across the various cruise lines within the group.
Accelerated Status Attainment
While loyalty status is typically earned based on the number of nights sailed with a specific brand, Royal Caribbean Group may introduce promotions or special stateroom categories that allow guests to earn additional points more quickly. Once a guest attains a status level with one brand, they will automatically receive the equivalent tier status on the other two lines, maximizing their benefits and privileges.
Enhanced Onboard Experience
Each of the three brands – Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, and Silversea – have their own loyalty programs: Crown & Anchor Society, Captain’s Club, and Venetian Society, respectively. When guests sail with a sister brand, they can enjoy onboard perks corresponding to their tier status, such as discounted drinks and priority waitlist seating. This unified program ensures that guests can make the most of their loyalty benefits regardless of which brand they choose to cruise with.
Guests who are already enrolled in multiple loyalty programs will have their highest tier status automatically matched across the different brands within the Royal Caribbean Group. This seamless matching process ensures that guests can access their rewards and privileges without any additional steps. However, it’s important to note that points earned during a specific sailing will only be applied to the loyalty program associated with that particular brand.
The Loyal Status Match program will go into effect on June 5, allowing guests with matched status to begin enjoying the benefits across the Royal Caribbean Group brands. By unifying loyalty programs and offering consistent benefits, the group aims to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage continued patronage within their family of cruise lines.
