Revolutionizing Travel Bookings: LuxRally Travel Expands with FastBook

In an impressive move to enhance the travel booking experience, LuxRally Travel, a Miami-based host agency, has significantly broadened its inventory by integrating approximately 1.3 million hotels into its innovative booking platform, FastBook. This expansion draws hotel inventory from multiple reputable suppliers such as HotelBeds, RateHawk, Restel, Expedia Partner Solutions, and Rakuten Travel Xchange. This represents a strategic pivot from a limited inventory sourced solely from the Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS), enabling LuxRally’s advisors to access a diverse range of pricing options that are comparable, if not superior, to those offered by Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

According to LuxRally’s CEO, David Eisen, the intensified supply of hotel options ensures that travel advisors have greater flexibility in pricing, thereby leveling the playing field when competing against OTAs. This increased accessibility is not only beneficial for advisors using desktop systems but is particularly advantageous for those accessing FastBook via mobile devices. The incorporation of a user-friendly slider tool allows travel advisors to modify their mark-up on net rates seamlessly, giving them more control over their earnings while adhering to LuxRally’s guidelines that prohibit fees exceeding the best available rates. This model not only empowers advisors but also enhances transparency with customers.

Eisen has crafted FastBook explicitly for efficiency rather than for leisure browsing. He emphasizes the platform’s capability to enable “power-user agents” to swiftly locate the best rates while quoting to clients. Unlike platforms where users may spend time reading reviews or browsing through images, FastBook is designed for a focused, results-driven experience. Eisen’s former background in cybersecurity and his subsequent transition to a travel advisor position uniquely equipped him to foresee and address the integral needs of travel agents, leading him to create a product that directly reflects that vision.

FastBook has ambitious plans that go beyond hotel bookings. Eisen has indicated intentions to incorporate additional travel-related services, including air travel, cruises, tours, transfers, and car rentals. This multifaceted approach intends to position LuxRally as a comprehensive, one-stop platform for travel advisors, thus streamlining their operations and bolstering productivity.

Since its establishment in 2022, LuxRally has primarily catered to new travel advisors. However, Eisen has plans to unveil a hosting program tailored for experienced advisors within a few months. This strategic move is aimed not only at leveraging the expertise of seasoned professionals but also at fostering a vibrant community within the LuxRally framework. By welcoming seasoned advisors into its fold, LuxRally is poised to enrich its offerings and create a robust ecosystem that empowers all its members to thrive in an increasingly competitive market.

LuxRally Travel is redefining the landscape for travel advisors through its innovative and adaptive FastBook platform. By prioritizing efficiency and competitive pricing, and expanding service offerings, LuxRally positions itself as a leader in the travel industry.
