As The Beaumont Mayfair gears up to celebrate its 10th anniversary in September, the luxury five-star hotel is preparing to unveil a multimillion-dollar renovation. The highlight of this overhaul will be the addition of 29 brand new rooms and suites, enhancing the already existing 72 rooms. In addition to the room upgrades, the lobby, bar, and restaurant will also receive a much-needed facelift.
Introducing Rosi: A Culinary Delight
One of the most exciting additions to The Beaumont Mayfair is the launch of Rosi, a flagship restaurant that will serve up delicious seasonal British comfort food. The restaurant will also showcase murals by British artist and designer Luke Edward Hall, which will depict “a day in London.” This unique dining experience will offer guests not only a taste of exquisite cuisine but also a visual journey through the vibrant city of London.
Despite the modern upgrades, The Beaumont Mayfair remains faithful to its art deco design roots. The hotel will continue to offer its signature amenities, including the Art Deco Hammam and Spa, Gatsby’s Room for Champagne Afternoon Tea, Le Magritte Bar with an extensive bourbon collection, classic cocktails, and a Cuban cigar cabinet, as well as Terrace, an alfresco cafe in Brown Hart Gardens.
Guests staying in the suites at The Beaumont Mayfair will be treated to a truly indulgent experience. The three-story ROOM, designed by sculptor Anthony Gormley, features a giant figure based on the artist’s body, dark oak walls, a white marble bathroom, and an exterior of welded plates of stainless steel. The presidential Roosevelt Suite has been revamped with fabric-covered walls, bespoke furnishings, antique bronzed glass, silk window treatments, and art deco furniture. Not to mention, a private terrace offering breathtaking views of the city’s skyline.
Art enthusiasts will be delighted to discover the original artwork scattered throughout The Beaumont Mayfair. From ceramics and glass dating back to the 1930s to portraits of historical figures like Eleanor Roosevelt, the hotel is a treasure trove of artistic masterpieces. Works by renowned artists such as Alexander Calder and Robert Motherwell, as well as contemporary artists like Colin Reid and Rana Begum RA, adorn the walls, adding to the hotel’s elegant ambiance.
With rates starting at $647 for a Classic Room and $1,687 for a Classic Suite with breakfast included, The Beaumont Mayfair promises a luxurious and unforgettable stay for its guests. As the hotel enters a new decade of excellence, the commitment to providing top-notch service and unparalleled luxury remains unwavering.
